ChannelAssist unveiled the newest version of its PRM Plus platform today, which introduces a number of improvements and new features.
Among the improvements is a revamped reporting system structure, which provides significant performance improvements: “Our new reporting system shifts some of the more intensive reporting operations away from the core functionality of our platform, allowing for faster and more powerful reports,” said Mike Rocha of the ChannelAssist development team. “With this shift, we can now seamlessly provide detailed site metrics and complex data analysis with no loss of performance for our participants.” Also offered in the latest release is a new Sub-Category structure for site resources, allowing clients to structure their resources in a clearer and more usable manner.
