Major Product Enhancement – to meet the specific needs of your Partner or Customer

ChannelAssist today announced a major milestone release of their PRM Plus platform.  Version 4.3 of PRM Plus offers a new level of partner segmentation, allowing clients to divide partners into groups based on logical segments such as product divisions or geographical regions.
“In keeping with ChannelAssist’s commitment to true flexibility, PRM Plus 4.3 now offers true partner segmentation, allowing for customization of content, incentives and claim eligibility,” explains Brian Deck, ChannelAssist COO, CTO. Clients are offered the ability to define site content, resources, education, product SKUs and promotions on a per-group basis, with each group getting their own unique set of items. From an administrative perspective, clients will be given full control over their partner segments, and can report on all or a subset of partner segments as desired.
Also featured in the latest release of PRM Plus is a ‘Partner Transfer’ feature, allowing site administrators and customer service representatives to transfer individual users between partners without sacrificing historical data.
