ChannelAssist debuted its latest PRM Plus platform version (4.9) today, featuring a completely revamped points expiry system. The new enhanced expiry system was designed to simplify the points expiry process, while promoting increased user participation.
“With our revamped expiry system, we’ve responded to the changing needs of our clients by offering a flexible alternative,” explains Mike Rocha, ChannelAssist Solution Architect. “The new points expiry system leaves control over points expiry in the hands of our clients, allowing them to set their own expiry period.” This enhanced expiry system uses participant activity to determine when points are expired; Users that do not visit the site for a client-defined period of time will have their points expired. ChannelAssist’s aim with this approach is to foster further user participation and increase program activity. This feature also offers a reminder feature, allowing clients to set predetermined intervals at which to remind users to log back into the site.
