ChannelAssist implements Opportunity Management tools for Major Canadian Wireless Company

ChannelAssist today announced the successful deployment of its PRM Plus Platform’s Opportunity Management module for a major Canadian wireless company. Included in this deployment is functionality to allow sales opportunities submitted by partners to be automatically delivered to their Partner Manager and Sales Operations Team.
The aim of this new functionality is to formalize the working relationship between the client and its partners. “Our opportunity module will truly transform our client’s ability to manage their sales opportunities, bringing consistency and accountability to a process that requires it,” adds Brian Deck, ChannelAssist COO, CTO.
