More Mobile Features now on ChannelAssist Platform in PRM Plus 6.0

ChannelAssist today unveiled version 6.0 of its PRM Plus platform, featuring new and powerful mobile functionality. This latest milestone release brings a series of major platform enhancements, including added mobile functionality in the platform’s Opportunity Management Module.
“Sales reps and Partner managers are busy focusing on client opportunities. Making the most of these opportunities means providing tools that are not ‘in the way’,” said Brian Deck, ChannelAssist COO, CTO.  “ChannelAssist’s strategy has always been to make our platform so easy to use, it feels like you aren’t using a platform. We believe PRM Plus 6.0 demonstrates a true commitment to this approach.”

ChannelAssist’s latest release offers support for a variety of mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. Rather than logging into a portal, sales reps are offered the ability to accept opportunities from their BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Partner managers can assign leads to the sales reps that are most likely to close the deal. In keeping with their continued commitment to mobile development, ChannelAssist also announced plans to release additional mobile-friendly additions to its PRM Plus platform over the coming months. “With the proliferation of mobile devices, the trend of ‘mobile everything’ is irreversible. As a result, we have focused heavily on ‘mobilizing’ our platform,” said Mike Rocha, Solutions Architect at ChannelAssist.
