ChannelAssist announced its new approach to sales claiming today with the release of PRM Plus 3.4. The latest release introduces a new ‘Digital Claiming’ feature, allowing participants to upload electronic copies of their invoices for proof of sale, rather than printing and mailing paper copies. “This new approach to claiming will not only reduce turnaround time on our claims approvals, but will save from needless paper waste and cost overhead for our clients,” said Lonnie Warner of ChannelAssist.
