ChannelAssist today announced the release of version 4.7 of its PRM Plus platform. The latest version of the platform offers a new Survey management module, allowing clients to create and manage surveys on their sites.
The survey tool was designed to fill a need for feedback from participants: “PRM Plus’s new Survey tool adds another weapon to our clients’ arsenal with respect to understanding their participants and maximizing their customer and partner relationships,” said Brian Deck, COO, CTO of ChannelAssist. “The ability for our clients to receive direct feedback about anything and everything related to their programs from the participants themselves is very valuable.” The tool allows clients to create surveys using a variety of multiple-choice and open-ended questions, and can optionally reward users for survey completion. In conjunction with the tool, a number of standard and customizable reporting tools will be made available for clients to assess the results of their surveys.
